It comes off as performative and insincere, the only reason they get away with it is because they have girl privilege while male quirk chunguses are the butt of constant jokes and mockery. That's not specific to the quirk chungus though, to be fair, women get away with an incredible amount of shameful, socially unacceptable behavior by merit of being women.
