My bad I'm the one that posted the image, wouldn't have if I knew it was just a custom. I saw it in this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QlPrN6wF0oU where he had the images with the blokees and I didn't question it or look at them closely. He's generally good about info like cautioning the Charizard Y Select image possibly being fake so I guess it just slipped by him.
