Get on PrEP and Doxy-PEP, that combo basically reduces your chances of getting AIDS/HIV + other STDs to near zero. You can give head raw but make em wear a condom when getting fucked.

Also try finding middle-class or at least presentable black men to fuck. I originally went for super ghetto niggers (which was fun) but eventually found that black guys with college degrees were the best sexual partners. Still hung as fuck, but they're usually STD-free and manageable.
