imagine going through the effort of coming here from Ghana, getting fake psychiatric nurse qualifications, getting a job on £28,000+ where all you have to do is sit in a ward doing nothing, and you still fuck it up
I've been in the mental hospital and a good 90% of the nurses' time is spent doing nothing. They're just there. I will say though, when I did want to talk to someone and I pressed my buzzer, there was always a nurse willing to sit with me in my room and listen to me be sad. Probably had better conversations with the nurses than with the psychiatrist who I saw (a brown man).
