also dumb, why would a Yonko give a shit about this technicallity? If one of them really got pissed off by something a marine did and is ready to go to war, would some letter from the WG explaining that they cut ties with that marine change anything?
Another dumb aspect is that no one knows about this system, not even Blackbeard who is one of the more knowledgeable characters knew about it. So to the Yonko a SWORD marine isn't any different to a normal marine
