Not giving the main characters new outfits, and storywise, by having Kazuha survive we got the entire wanderershit going, so that's probably the start.

Kazuha surviving is where it all started to go down, that ruined 3 events, with one of those giving wanderkek a backstoru that essentially turned him into the biggest fag of the game. And instead of killing him off, Nahida let him live, wich ended up with the retcon tree fucking over the reconsiled fate event, and with mini durin becoming a thing, ruining the dragonspine story.
