This is one of my fav bondage pics for that exact reason. The smaller girl is clearly terrified, practically hiding herself away in the taller girl. The taller girl is allowing it and resting her head on hers to be soothing. They can't speak or even make eye contact but evidently mean a lot to eachother. If it weren't for the damn jackets they would be hugging eachother, holding hands, reassuring eachother in someway, etc. But as is, they can't even have a private moment to comfort and affirm eachother without their bondage and gags making it look like a porno.

Unfortunately I DM'd the artist and he said there's no story behind it and these two aren't any specific characters. Personally I like to imagine these two are a mother & daughter who were just in the wrong place at the wrong time and now they'll be spending a lot of time in padded rooms.
