I was in your position fitness wise about 1.5 years ago. Now I am much happier with the results and even feel no need to go up in weight. It's very worth it, you just have to be consistent, and only rarely miss days (like, only one day in three months, assuming working out 2 days a week). The key is to oversimplify your workouts. Only stupid individuals recommend complex workouts, i.e. doing separate muscle groups on different days, and doing toning vs weight training regimens etc.. If you aren't a pathetic gym rodent then you should do the same exact work out each time, twice a weeks. I've been doing the same full body workout for two years without changing it up once, making it so I can turn my brain off and watch TV whilst doing it, making it one less barrier to entry in getting started. I also keep my equipment set up in the middle of my living room at all times -- one further less barrier to entry. If you play as male Rover you are a f*cking faggot too, so don't do that. And, if you have Brant, you need to delete your account and restart because having self respect is the first means of motivating yourself to exercise
