I heard that they always send Vance out to get takeout for lunch and they tell him they will pay him back later, but they never do. They even make a game out of it and keep track of who has made Vance spend the most money on takeout. It's not even a secret either it's hanging right on the whiteboard in plain sight. Vance has to walk by it to go and get the takeout every day.

Why does he stay? Vance, the backpay will never materialize. It's all one big joke. Don't you get it? Don't you understand??? What have they done to you?
