Picrel and you basically do not want to change anything in there.
Kraken into rageblade for onhit. Early cull recall will guarantee that you get Q evo at kraken + pickaxe, your team winning feats of strength also gets you E evo easier. Feel free to buy a temporary extra longsword/dagger to reach the thresholds, they're really big spikes (especially Q).
Proceed into nashors 3rd in most cases, terminus 3rd if enemy team has someone really tanky taking over the game and you need to be able to kill them through resistances (if it's a high HP low resistance buying champion like sett or mundo just stick with nashors). Follow with more AP.
I have not tried it this patch yet but kraken into botrk (into rageblade terminus, ignore W evo entirely) sounds like it would be good if you want to stay on the physical side when your team is already AP heavy.
Crit build is out there but it actually has trouble getting E evo nicely. People mostly go full IE after yuntal and when you do that you get E evo at like 20 minutes. If your team won feats you can go yuntal BF/pickaxe zeal dagger but if you don't have +5AS on your zerkers you end up in a very awkward spot where you want PD or navori but you can only get E evo by grabbing slingshot dagger in place of zeal dagger. Slingshot dagger is much worse and only builds into runaaans (you don't want RFC on kaisa basically ever).

Fiddle could've very well gone tank with aftershock and early spirit visage knowing he's the only engage in the team. SV would've been extremely effective vs 4AP + tank sion.
Also he does not have snowball on fiddle in ARAM. That's absolutely criminal no matter the build he's running.
Game was his fault - unless there was a proper tank to grab on the bench, then the fault is shared.
If your team has a frontliner and varus picks up botrk (even within the lethality build, at 10% for ranged in ARAM it's worth it) this game is totally playable.
