I actually had chilidogs for the first time just the past holiday. I always thought they sounded like trash -a joke like the tmnt's pizza toppings -but no. They're fucking delicious. I don't know where they've been all my life. Should definitely be more of a household name. Whoever came up with them is one of the unsung greatest culinary geniuses of our time.
