Guys that keep spinning these nightmare scenarios in their head are ignoring how few people wear artifact armor on the reg as it is (unless their job is BLU, SAM or RDM) and that most people are probably gonna dip into AF armor just to wear a DNC Etoile Bow on their existing glamours or shit like that
