okay just to be clear, when i said

i really meant it, it uses the same animations on attacks and abilities as the base model
the only unique part of the skin is the new "cape tech" but i doubt that should elevate the skin to legendary tier from epic

they all have unique anims compared to base models so it doesn't make sense
just because you think they offer less than what they should, they really do have a bunch of new animations for their abilities,attacks,idles etc

again, i have no idea what this supposed to mean as the skin comes with a lot of new animations that are unique to it(base model or even other legendaries don't have it)
