They do have a baffling way they play video games though. They wait for a heavy marketed game to come out or for an older gamer to get memed to hell and back, in between these moments they play whatever live service shit they hardly enjoy and never dive deeper into the genre or even the series of whatever game gets popular.
Think of all the people that played MGR a couple years ago just because of the popularity of some memes, how many do you think actually tried other action games? How many even attempted another playthrough above normal? Hell, how many do you think even LOOKED at metal gear after?
