I remember that I tried playing in on JP servers but I got banned and never tried to play it again

Is this version censored as well?
Do I need to play on JP servers as well in order to play as a loli?
Is the game still an MMO?
I really want to play mainly to dress up my loli character but I don't really feel like joining a guild an socialize with other people. Can I play it solo or is there content were I really need a guild?

And last but not least, does the game still has that gacha shit for the outfits?
