I started going to Aldi when the opened a year ago here in Florida panhandle. They get a majority of my business. Fuck Publix, they are way too expensive. Aldi's has great sourdough bread with 3 ingredients-flour, yeast, water. Unfortunately the wheat is likely saturated in roundup but it's a start. Cheap grass fed butter. Antibiotic-free, nitrate and nitrite free, vegetarian fed ham and bacon. Organic food that is inexpensive. You could feed a family of 4 with $200 a week going there. Sure the variety is limited but I don't give a shit because I avoid goyslop. Just need to avoid seed oils, which is about 90% of their products like anywhere else. The most processed food I eat is their bread and canned BBQ beans. Thinking bout them beans.
