The green text here is good and mostly solid information from what I can see about semen retention but I decided to check this book out and much of its contents are pure evil.

It describes engaging in psychic attacks by visualizing in your mind's eye of your victim being violently hurt. To focus on this over & over. As a perpetrator that would be incredibly damaging to your psyche plus attempting this harm on others is truly satanic.

The book even tries to justify it and even says & I'm paraphrasing "Its moral to do so as other people are psychically attacking you and don't even realize it if they carry a grudge against you for some reason. They apparently will subconsciously get the message and stop as bad things may happen to them"

All of this above is obviously terrible & demonic advice. If one truly suspects they are under the assault of psychic attacks from other entities or another person whether it is intentional or unintentional as they feel wronged or slighted by you and are projecting negative energy to you then its much better to pray to Our Lord God Almighty for protection and immunization from these harms.

Visualize the holy and perfect light from Christ encompassing you as an impenetrable shield and see His radiance drive the negative thought forms & evil from within and around the perpetrators from them.

I thought it was important enough to warn about these things above because I've seen this book recommended in these SR threads a few times.
