These countries use American dollar in trade exchange between one another. Their citizens need visas to travel to one another. Some of them still haven't even stopped open wars between one another.

They are absolutely uncapable of creating common currency, economical union of any kind or even coherent military alliance.

It's basically China and bunch of shitholes that try to leech on Chink money. They have zero driving force and no matter how much white countries seems weak at the moment, this group has no chance of replacing them in any sense.
