I think it was just him saying it's a stallion episode and you'll see them in it. We're probably getting ApplePackage progression, I would assume Package and those two have a conversation about the breakup and Brae's hoiler-than-thou tendencies flare up and cause tension. Also I wouldn't be surprised if he also tries to make a move on Soarin in a moment of weakness.

Next episode is either going to be a stallion episode or a Twilight episode, either way we're going to get some story progression in two weeks.
