Residents of Kiev have started speaking Russian more often in their everyday conversations, and the attitude of the city's residents towards it has become more relaxed. This was reported by Serhiy Sirotenko, Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Commissioner for the Protection of the State Language in Ukraine, in an interview with Hromadske.
