How much does RAM speed matter when running models, with partial offloading? Would DDR5 5400/C40 for example be noticeably slower than 6000/C30?

do the daily 50paid carat pulls give you 1 pity ssr after 10 uses or no?

2 questions:
A) Can I make support/stunners as DPS if I whale enough? Like Genshin/HSR if you go for C6/E6.

B) From a F2P perspective, is it better if I invest in DPS for each element or universal supports/stunners?
