learn how to do laundry, how to pick up laundry detergent, how to do basic house maintenance with cleaning and changing wear and tear stuff like light bulbs and fuses, learn how to do basic tailoring so you can fix a seam that's broken
take care of your personal hygiene, buy a electric hairclipper and trim your beard with that to avoid looking homeless, brush teeth regularly, do your best to get 8h of sleep a day to avoid exhaustion and lethargy, eat 3 meals a day (some light meal at breakfast, sturdy meal at lunch and a dealers choice meal at dinner depending on how hungry you are)
cut all sugar from your diet, avoid oversalting your food, energy drinks are fine in moderation but do not chug them too much those things are poison to body and will stress it, caffeine is fine as long as you don't over do it, do not neglect vitamin C you can get it from apples, oranges etc fruits easiest, find a source of calcium in your diet usually that's milk or cheese
if you're getting peckish avoid chips and chocolate bars even bland cereals are better or a cheese toast
