The bolter has higher base damage and pen, but when you use a lasgun and you watch all 8 shots of the volley go straight into the targets head with 0 misses it feels really good. So I think I'll go with the lasgun.

Plus more hits = more chances to crit = more chances to hear Argenta laugh
