Based on my limited understanding of the metaphysics of it all we're left with deciding "what generally feels correct", since Kant has reduced reality to that unattainable das Ding an sich.
And so in the topic of belief sense I believe since I am not convinced by any other worldview, but it is a belief built on a variety of things and not a general principle, sadly.
I wish I could point to the unmoved mover, greatest thing ever or whatever proof of God one can muster but at the end of the day we're just bird's having bird ideas and theories.

>For you?
No, objectively. If the world is all material and not God outside of it, then we're all just atoms playing words games, objectively.

>You don't have any goals?
The point is that whatever goal I have would just be a biomechanical delusion, if there is nothing except us then whatever idea we have are no better than a monkey or bird, since it's all biological animals.

>Such as?
Logically speaking every interaction in life becomes a careful calculation of worth, people are reduced to means to an end, that is how I see a life in a material world. In a dog eat dog world where natural selection is the dictate that is the world you work within.

>It's an illusion
An illusion, to whom?
