I'd never actually used Hydro traveler before Skirk's quest forced me to, so I'm only now realizing how DELIBERATELY bad he is, like holy shit, his burst has all the exact same problems as the Anemo one but it's somehow even worse, you cannot possibly make something this bad without malice in your heart.
