Bonuses used to be well documented but that well dried up for some reason and it works like Chain Battle did so datamines don't work.
At this point, all you can do is pay attention to the type/rarity match up for the first card you set and aim for 2-3 blue bars. It's also good to focus on single series seasons and spend split series seasons using the absolute minimum number of cards to build up a stockpile.
