In the worst case it takes 160ish rolls to get a single character / sig
OBOL + idols is going to cost you 800 rolls
Idols' sigs 480 more
Almost 1300 rolls, and that's not even counting for mindscapes
You get less 200 rolls per patch with monthly + bp on average, just enough to guarantee 1 (one) character per patch if you lose the 50/50
If the idols are released in the 2.X version you'll have to whale, and whale HARD, if you really want everything you've listed
