For what it's worth I've bought from ali for many years and I've only had good experiences, so I think making an ali account is good and a no brainer. At the same time batteries (particularly cells, from your post it seems to be a battery module so slightly less of an issue there) is not the greatest thing to buy from ali as shipping often is slower, because batteries are essentially mini bombs and planes don't like to throw them into the pile the way other packages are tossed in.
