Her romance isn't very gendered if we're talking about language. I found 12 lines of dialogue during my playthrough that have gendered terms (might be missing some barks, I didn't go looking hard for them because the blueprint system is confusing and I didn't feel like trying to see all of them in-game), and it's not very hard to change them. One thing that's harder to fix is that a lot of the dialogue from the protagonist's side has a very "woman moment" feel to it when you're dealing with Camellia's antics, but that's also rewriteable if you really care about it. WotR keeps all of its dialogue in a single file called "[language].json" (so enGB.json for English text, for example), and making a simple mod that replaces those lines is very easy. Inserting new lines is where it gets trickier.
