That depends a lot on what you find interesting/appealing in hentai. Me, i got on board pretty fast - that Manature/Justopia rape scene was as hot as it was hilariously goofy - but i'm a harcore Butcha fan so i was always going to finish the game no matter what. If the first h scenes or the worldbuilding didn't do anything to move the needle for you, i'd say the game has only one big line of defense left. The main girl trio.
In term of charm and appeal, Night Charger, Bad Lotion, and Madam Venom are in charge of doing the heavy lifting. Each one of them has a distinctive visual design, a strong personality with the grit to back it up, her own sex preferences, and hentai niche to fill. If nothing tickles your fancy by the time the real training starts - second rehab -, chances are the game won't get much better for you. Unless you're really into some rare and obscure exotic fetish that is. The game has loads of those laying around. They don't always hit, but they're often worth a good laugh.

Usually yes. This time is different tho, that anon is right. Putting aside from the superficial similarities brought on by the hero genre, i can feel that this webtoon and Sacrifice Villains have something in common. I'd say they have parentage in tone, like if it was inspired by the same source, but i don't know enough about otaku culture to pinpoint their common ancestor. It's most likely several steps removed from both of them anyway.
