Watanabe is dissatisfied. This year's "5STAR" had 32 participants, divided into four blocks, but it was a league competition that anyone could participate in. Watanabe says that this is not fun. She is also dissatisfied with the absence of strong players such as Syuri and Maika.
>"It's fallen in rank. A player who can lose in seconds shouldn't be allowed to play."
Watanabe is also opposed to the style of having the league matches culminate in a final tournament.
She prefaced his remarks by saying, "Some people say I was able to win because the rules changed," but she declared that next year she would defeat strong opponents and win the championship.
Watanabe qualified for the final tournament as the third place in the Blue Stars B Block. On August 20th at Korakuen Hall, she first defeated Ami Sohrei, and then defeated Sareee, who had defeated her in the league match, in the quarterfinals.
>"I was able to beat Sareee thanks to HATE. All HATE members are strong. I wanted to beat Sareee by any means necessary. I think I was able to embarrass Sareee. Her face was completely black. But it's still one win and one loss."
On August 23rd, in the semi-finals at Ota Ward General Gymnasium, she defeated Saori Anou, who was considered the top favorite to win, and faced AZM in the finals.
Watanabe joined Stardom when she was in junior high school, but AZM has been doing it since she was in elementary school.
The day after her victory, Black Peach, aka Watanabe, was in a bad mood because it was early in the morning, but she still seemed happy about her victory and had a big smile on her face.
>"My victory was inevitable. I'll say this while the memory of my victory is still fresh, but I think it was inevitable that my opponent would be AZM. It's the best situation. She's coming. I'm happy, or rather, excited. I would have liked to fight the powerful Rina as well. Everyone has been coming since they were little, so it's quite emotional."
