As someone who’s lived in PDX for almost 5 years (moved here from the deep south) and has visited friends in seattle several times, I have to say that I struggle to enjoy Seattle as much as Portland. Half of the negative things I hear from ppl aren’t issues I can really relate to and its so much easier to get around PDX bc its significantly smaller than most “major cities”
