In ancient Mesopotamia, it was Urbat, Bilu-sha-ziri (“the Lord of the Seed”), Kak-shisa (“the Creator of Prosperity”), Dar Lugal (“The King”), Masu Sar (“the Hero and the King”), and Kakkab Bir (“the Vermilion Star”). In Persia Antares was known as Satevis, one of the four “royal stars”.
>Antares is one of the four royal stars and the brightest star in the constellation Scorpius. In astrology, it is known as the "Heart of the Scorpion" and carries themes of intense passion, ambition, strategic power, and a "do or die" spirit. A conjunction to your Sun amplifies and intensifies the core qualities of your Scorpio energy.
