Even Evangelicals (!) don't consider them Christians, mostly. They reject the Trinity. It's funny how American nationalism is embedded into their sect, though. Joseph Smith even wrote that Jesus visited the US land after the Ascension, and that Jesus will return to the US in Parousia.
