I thought I didn't have bottom dysphoria for a while until like a few years ago when I thought it was negligible at worst. Now after having a ton of meaningless hookups where the sex is just "pretty good" I find that I actually kind of dissociate when other girls go down on me, because I always imagine that I probably look like a fat guy and the whole having a dick thing doesn't help. It sucks I'll never be able to afford recovery from surgery with my job though, fml.
