It's absolutely pointless when you think about it. I'm 27, and I'm taking stock; it hasn't done me any good. I'm not going to lie, I fell into the "self-improvement" trap and worked on every aspect of my life: work, exercise. But in reality, when it's over, it's over. Life is a glass ceiling. Social life is created during school time, once on the job market you will never have the opportunity to create a real social life because people already have their own friends outside the work world and you will never meet women either. Working is only for supporting yourself, not for having a career like boomers or millennials did. Now I only work 6 months a month part-time and then I collect unemployment in the winter and I sleep playing video games.
