In Finland we have this thing called "hyväveliverkosto" which translated to English literally means "good brother network"

It is basically like corruption but TOOOOTALLY different and quirky (just like us Finns lmao)! Its this thing when for example a school buys a service from someone and that guy ends up being the principals cousins dogs cousins owner. Or when a municipality buys a service to cut the grass in parks and clean them, they pay this company 20 million a year and the company ends up being the mayors son in laws step-sister.
