My current impression on aoharu is:
1. Try to keep training your team to win the team races.
2. Use bombs on secondary stats (i.e. when training a Mile ace, your deck should be speed/power, and then you can use bombs for stam).
3. Use your deck to focus on your primary stat and maybe wit (for energy regen). You don't need the Fuku wit card for this, the skill you get from choosing her team name is a fucking vision skill.
4. For medium/long aces you can probably use Riko instead of a stam card (plus sparks) to get the required HP threshold. Long might need an additional stam card on top, not sure.
5. The global doc also mentions multi-pal decks, maybe with enough energy cost reduction you can get away with almost only training turns (generating energy with wit rather than rest or dates). Might try this in the future.
