Should I even roll in the SC banner if I already have a 0LB?

Are the odds of using a skill lower if you have a lot of them or is it rolled independently for each skill?

Don't expect kitasan in the kitasan banner, get hyped instead for the SRs, those are the real shit that helps you win careers, you can always borrow a kitasan later
