I'am using a plug-in that shows an additional viewcount in brackets. The bracketed number only counts viewers that are signed into twitch and are able to use chat.

Meaning it doesn't count people that aren't signed in, embedded views or watching on devices that don't support the chat function. During the entire time there has been a delta of ~1200 viewers.

Here is Mari as an example of what a stream usually looks like. A small delta can still be easily explained by people just not bothering to make an account or watching through some kind of third party app.
