They had pre-prepped a censored version of that CG, likely because they expected it to be censored. It ended up being used for the store page images. It's honestly surprising that got through at all, especially on Xbox. But the very reason Gal Guardians exists is because Gal*Gun has been censored out of existence, so I don't count it for much.
