Would really like to learn art in general for myself and so I can participate in these threads from time to time.

Do any of the artfags here have resources they used to learn digital art or recommendations? I have an ipad and an old apple pencil from years ago.

Are Wacoms better?
Youtube tutorials or courses?
I don't want to spend money to learn unless I have to.
