Honestly I think I recommend mostly drawing simple things and learning a little bit of everything, colors, backgrounds and anatomy and artstyles(I didn't do exactly that and that's why my art is kind of stupid)

And I also recommend using references to create a drawing style [WITHOUT GOING TO THE POINT OF COPYING THE ARTSTYLE] and use images of real people (or anime figures which is what I do) to draw poses, etc.

If you want to ask something else, that's fine by me, but I'm not an expert.
