There is a far simpler way. Using only built-in nodes, all you need are three things. Multiple prompt nodes, some way to restrict each of those prompt to a specific area, and ConditioningCombine nodes to merge them all together.

You can define areas using pixel coordinates with "Conditioning (Set Area)", or percentages with "Conditioning (set Area with Percentage)" or masks, with "Conditioning (Set Mask)". Either import images as masks, draw masks manually using the built-in mask editor, or use any other node that produces a mask noodle. I prefer drawing my masks by hand.
