The True ending is rushed and lacks a dedicated impregnation scene. The corruption never feels complete if she isn't begging for an illegitimate pregnancy - whoopsie daisy pregnancy isn't as hot as the completion of intentional reproductive betrayal.
Also I would have liked to have seen more use of x-ray in the scenes themselves rather than just in the H status screen.
