Is this area supposed to still be underwater by the time I can access it?
The active enemies under the water and the fact that the portal out of here is flooded, leaving no way out except fast-traveling, makes me think something is going wrong here.
It's the area through the music portal in the hidden alcove behind the place where you can get some Aranara to summon a robot boss at varying difficulties.
