Can’t sleep, sleepwalking
>Be me
>feel very tired for a week
>Friends ask me if I’m alright, say I look sleep deprived, but alert and twitchy
>Wife says I’ve been sleepwalking every day
>randomly waking up and yelling, shaking her, she has to calm me down
>I have no memory of it
>Last few days can’t fall asleep
>Usually thinking about something productive, like my AI training project
>Not feeling stressed during the day
>Not using my phone before bed didn’t do anything
>Note I haven’t been playing video games for weeks
>Friend says there’s not enough violent aggression/stimulation in my life without vidya and says I should go train at a martial art and/or play more vidya
>Played some Ready or Not to test the theory, but I don’t know if it will work
