If the game's deluxe edition artbook claims that the purple urinal man with the general body shape of Royd, was indeed prototype Royd from when he was conceptualized as a Z-Team member like the other characters.
Then who is the caped man?

Granted that the cape is blue and the logo-cape is yellow.
But could it be that BB and PM were once conceptualized as one and the same character before being split up into two characters as BB and PM?
PM is pretty much SDN's poster-boy, but BB is the director/boss.

The man is clearly rather BB-coded in his aesthetic, but BB is no man. But the caped man also doesn't look like PM. But the cape, even though it's blue, does have a resemblance to the logo-cape. And PM is the SDN poster-boy after all.
It really seems to me like the caped man is like, if BB and PM was one. But I guess I'll have to concede that this is mostly conjecture and gut feelings.

Will this game bring back story choice games? But choices actually matter?
