Jeanne (my wife) is firmly cemented as one of the most for (Me) character. Bahamut chose her to lead a crusade against the Otherworlders, but GBF is terrible at progressing plots. It's supposed to be similar to how IRL God told IRL Jeanne to kick out the Englishmen.
