But I have a sneaking suspicion that this thread was never intended to actually be about VR so this will fall on deaf ears

The story obviously being set up for a "Susie finds out that Kris is betraying her" plot point makes me think that Suselle really will be the endgame, as that's the only option left. Or maybe nobody gets together in the end. The current Krusie buildup is just so that the betrayal hits harder.
